PT Majuko Utama Indonesia

PT Majuko Utama Indonesia (MUI) is a second subsidiary of Panji Raya Alamindo engaged in natural gas transportation services through pipelines, with a primary focus on providing gas distribution infrastructure from source to end-user industries in the strategic Cilegon area and its surroundings. Established on July 23, 2003, MUI majorly has been owned by PT Energasindo Heksa Karya (99.99%) and PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (0.01%) following a shareholding restructuring on September 30, 2021.

MUI operates a natural gas pipeline network spanning approximately 13.18 km, consisting of 12-inch, 8-inch, and 4-inch pipelines that connect Pertagas SMG to major industrial customers such as PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk and PT Dong Jin Indonesia. In its operations, MUI functions as a transporter, collaborating with shippers under gas transportation agreements regulated by BPH Migas to ensure efficient and reliable energy supply for industrial users.

In carrying out its business activities, MUI continues to prioritize operational resilience amid domestic gas supply challenges and global energy price fluctuations, while utilizing on opportunities from the expansion of national gas infrastructure and the government’s energy transition agenda. Through efficiency measures and optimization of existing infrastructure, MUI consistently strengthens its role in supporting national energy security and driving industrial growth within its operating region.
